Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days within the contiguous United States; 10-21 business days for international orders.

Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (available at checkout for select destinations).

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a promotional threshold when advertised on our website.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website or through the "Order Tracking" page on our site.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few extra days for carrier delays. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@myshop.com with your order number and we will help locate it.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout — please verify your address carefully.
